Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny on February 3, 1950) is an American actor from the United States. The actress gained fame in the late 1970s and in the early 1980s, playing appearances in various television shows that she presented a glamourous image. Fairchild started her career on The CBS morning soap Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace from 1973 to 1977. She appeared as Jenna Wade in 1978, the first time an actress had done so. In 1980 she took the lead role in Flamingo Road (NBC), in which she was awarded the Golden Globe Award nomination for the top Actress - Television Series Drama. The actress co-starred with ABC in the soap opera Paper Dolls in 1984. In addition, she was on the show as Jordan Roberts in Falcon Crest between 1985 and 1986. Fairchild also appeared in the theater, and playing guest roles on TV shows like Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill. Fairchild was also nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award in 1985 due to her performance in the show. She is a member of SAG-AFTRA. Born in Louisville Kentucky to a hotel director and homemaker, Lawson was passionate about acting since an early age. At the age eight she began to perform in local theatre productions. Graduating from an Catholic Girls' school She began her professional career. Maggie Lawson started her acting career at age eight years old, performing her first stage shows. At 15, she relocated to Los Angeles, where her first television pilot was shot. In 1996 and 1997 she recorded her first television pilot in Los Angeles.
